AllerClip™ products are covered by the legal warranty provided under the Civil Code of Québec and the Consumer Protection Act.

 

This warranty provides, among other things, that products must:

 

- be fit for the purposes for which they are ordinarily intended

- correspond to their description

- remain durable for a reasonable period of time considering their price and intended use

 

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes these legal rights.

# 2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

 

At AllerClip™, we want you to try our products with confidence.

 

If AllerClip™ does not fit your daily routine, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

# 3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be offered in situations including, but not limited to:

 

- manufacturing defects

- product damaged upon delivery

- product unfit for normal use

- product not matching its description

- requests made under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee

 

Damage resulting from, including but not limited to:

 

- improper use

- product modification

- normal wear and tear

- misuse or unintended use

 

is not eligible for refund or replacement.

To evaluate a request, the customer may be asked to provide:

 

- clear photos of the product

- a short video demonstrating the issue, if necessary

- proof of purchase

Depending on the circumstances, AllerClip™ may offer:

 

- a replacement
